Hi yes until I looked into it I thought it was a loose exhaust baffle.
Worked out it was the tensioner by carefully pushing against the 15mm bolt that holds the wheel in place with a long bit of wood so to put more pressure against the belt.

The real cause it is because the free is a real Land Rover. I had previously owned a Range Rover Classic, and had contonous vibrations. In fact I think all the car vibrated. If it loose any liquid soon, I will know it is a real Land Rover. My Land Rover do not loose any liquid. Marks the ground it walks on. My Range Rover does not lose oil, footprint the ground he walks on
