There's a storm coming...

Might downgrade yet or track south but it has potential for disruption by the sound of things: http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/features/24655853

No weather presenter will ever say "There's a storm coming" as sexy as Anne Hathaway did: Bow down

I blame Michael Fish !
Whenever there is the outside possibility of a bit of wind and rain that might cause a tile to slip they all start covering their backsides with predictions of gloom. It's nearly the end of October, of course the weather is going to be rainy and windy. As for "fallen leaves might block drains " errr...it's autumn Banging Head _________________

Dashed out after first heavy rain this morning to clear all the gutters around the house...to avoid them overflowing.

Ive got the week of work, might just stay in bed until the storm passes. Wifes Astra is parked next to next door's tree, my freelander is tucked in next to the house. We knocked down our garage and built a big extension.

Local weather man is saying at the moment Yorkshire will miss most of the wind but still gets lots of rain. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Down here on the south coast it's been very windy all day. sat for five minutes on the seafront just in awe of the waves. Now on local news that a 14 year old kid was swimming in it and is missing. Why anyone would go out in that is beyond me. Fingers crossed but his chances look very slim. _________________
