2007 freelander 2 tdi base model manual abs and hill descent lights on still drivable. Had a module replaced in 2011 at high cost. Any clues please.

would advise a diagnostic check first to see what fault codes are lurking !

Could be as simple as a brake light switch or wheel sensor or as bad as a module or even poor battery voltage or low alternator output will trigger an ABS fault Jaguar x-type sport gone

Thank you will do this when the garage man is available. Meanwhile am hoping its not the module. The first one went after 25,000 km and I've done 102,000 km now.
