Looking on the builder the xenon lamps seem to be an optional extra on the Dynamic. However all the ones I see on autotrader with delivery miles have them fitted! Not been lucky enough to get xenons, I ordered the halogens with signature lights and that's what I got.

Xenons for me. For the money that the car cost, I would have expected AFL or whatever JLR call it...the only person on here that I know with them is Mav71. Foraging near Gaydon....

Lol I believe your lights are the same units I will have on my Dynamic! Can't really see the point of having to pay £1,000 for xenons as will be having spot lamps mounted on the bar anyway when the lamps are switched off the units look the same! Yep standard on dynamic, and I think they are now standard on XS typical, and GS 14MY cars. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

I thought they were only meant to be available on the higher spec cars to distinguish them. Bet the S model will get them as an option too as the black and white editions based on S spec had them! The projector lights caught a few out over on babyRR, they though their Evoque pure was coming with xenons, boy did they get a surprise when after six months wait it turned up with halogens
