this past 6 months or so I've noticed a wind type noise ( wind whistling ), which after hearing on various road conditions I'm sure it is related to how the wind is blowing outside while driving at around 50 to 60 mph.

thing is it's only over the last 6 months or so I've noticed this and it was never there before over the previous 4 years ?

anyone else have this or an idea what it could be ?

Think the 1st place I would look is the roof rail covers.
Easiest way to find wind noise is 2 inch masking tape.If you have an idea where its coming from tape it up.Then go for a drive,If it stops you you then know where it is and what you are dealing with.
If the above fails just tape your ears up

I think I've found the cause of the wind noise.

the external seal on the bottom of the windscreen is not sealing against the screen for about 16 inches at the middle.

anyone else had this ? and if so how was it fixed ?

also concerned that water will have been entering at this point, although no sign inside so far.
