The "multi-media" interface in my 2013 Dynamic is great.

Love all the voice control stuff.

Phone system is very comprehensive but I'm stumped by a couple of features and I can't find an answer despite searches here and elsewhere.

The system appears to have "Caller Announce" which (in 5 months I have actually heard work once and that was when a 2nd call was coming in) I can't seem to get it to work every time?

I still can't fathom how to put one call on hold and take another?

Any ideas?

Haven't tried this but does your phone support Caller Announce? I think it would need to but even if it does that wouldn't mean that the car supports it.

Tried it on my iPhone 4 and it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Mine doesn't work with either a 4 or a 4S. One running iOS 6.1, the other iOS 7. Foraging near Gaydon....
