I was thinking of getting some Vreds for mine and Mrs Dave's car, it turns out that they might be ok in the snow but less than useless on a wet road.

If you find that hard to believe then check out the tyres rating against standard 4x4 tyres and you might be a wee bit surprised Shocked ______________________

I think I read somewhere that the wet tyre test should be taken with a pinch of salt when winter tyres are concerned, something to do with temps. If you compare the tyre reviews winter tyres perform very well in the wet.

Just ordered mine for the freelander...
