Returning from Cornwall yesterday, spotted on M6 LRs on transpoters, covered in a shroud!! Catching up on the Halewood visit, it would appear that my question has been answered. Does a nyone have an update on this or are we to assume PAINT PROTECTION is correct? Very sadto have missed Halewood, you chaps has a good day. Peter GONE - LARGO GREY FL2 09 SE.

Ive noticed over the last month or so how much plastic protective wrap is put on FL2's on the transporters. There used to be no protection, then it was some around the door handles, now it extends to the A,B,C and D pillar, bonnet etc. Keep thinking someones ordered a joblot of white FL2's. |

Lots of small LR vehicles heading on Transporters down to Soton today, seven transporters in all, I was told only some of the vehicles looked to be Evoque size and only some of the Evoque size were covered. As all the LR vehicles use the same paint mix, all sprayed via the same nozzles, so would have the same hardiness and resilience to marks, if it is down to paint protection, why are they not protecting the RRS, Discos, FFRR, Freelanders and some Evoques p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior |

I go past Liverpool docks and a compound next to road has for a number of years been used to store Freelander's & Evoque's awaiting container-ship to USA, past few months they are all now covered in white plastic plus they now include Jag F types and Saloon's- weird seeing so many 'white' cars 2011 XS,Sumatra Black, GONE MARCH 2014- RR Evoque Prestige 5 door ,MY 2014,Loire Blue, Silver Roof, Panoramic roof.
