I can't believe what I see in those photo's I'm sure it is only cosmetic but it is what's on show for 100% of the time. The guy that did that should not be employed as he has no care in his own workmanship at all, I'd hate to see his results if he were sealing his bathroom.

I agree, I know your contract is with the people you bought it off but they are also supposed to be a certified repairer endorsed by Swift.
It's not up to scratch (no pun intended ) and they need to know, which may result in the repair at the factory.

I can see the points in letting Swift know and i will ponder on that, but i can see them saying this is between me and the repairer

I have just had a lengthy conversation with them and they have offered a couple of options

I'll ponder on them too now

What would others do? look towards a repair, or look towards free service/money off

Will the depth of these effect the gelcoat or anything in years to come?
