Yeah, I think you are being a tad picky Rev! As Canada is a separate country it seems reasonable to mention it. Maybe USA & Canada would cover it. America would surely include South America? Life is not a dress rehearsal! |

I'm not saying Canada shouldn't be mentioned. I'm saying it should be "USA and Canada" Not North America and Canada. When there are only two countries (although there is some debate to this) in North America it sounds strange to say "North America or Canada" doesn't it?
