2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Santorini Black

Another New Boy

Hi to All,

Just taken delivery of my first 4x4 - TD4 GS and cannot believe what I have been missing!!
300 miles on the clock and registering 34.5 MPG

I have to admit driving like a granny at the moment, but what can I expect under normal driving?

Does anyone else get others flashing at you when passing FL2's?

Hi Dougden,

Welcome to the forum, good choice of colour, though any black is good.

Good choice of spec too, all the essentials. Was GS TD4 Auto, Privacy, Santorini with Tundra & Alpaca, Cold Climate Pack. Traded for Discovery Sport HSE Auto.

I get 34 - 36 normal but recently had 37 cruising at 70 with a roofbox, fully loaded, dog in boot and 5 bodies
