How much to supply and fit the towbar and electrics to my 2007 HSE Freelander?

Take a look on fleabay, you will find many suppliers.
.
As you do not have Auto and you do not have a car under LR warranty you only need 'by pass' after market electrics.
If you have parking sensors you probably might be safer to buy a detachable tow bar because no supplier will guarantee that his fixed to bar will not affect the sensors .
.
If you are handy at DIY with the spanners the go for Witter , if you need if fitting for you then any good maker will be ok
