I was motoring along today in my tractor , about 28 mph top speed on this one, anyway as I exited a blind sweeping corner the car driving towards me suddenly stopped rather quickly, the reason, a white BM was attempting to overtake me I carried on, BM man had to revert to driving behind me again, , 50 yards later 30mph zone, my local village, Mr BMW tries to overtake, no speeding or overtaking in my village thank you sir, I simple ease over, blocking his overtaking chance, the village is only 1/2 mile long with good overtaking chances after it.

As the careful owner of many BMWs, I find that drivers adhering to the "Vorsprung durch Technik" philosophy as the No. 1 offendors. Not 100% of course, just on-balance.

The chances of anyone ever overtaking a tractor on our lanes is negligible. That's why we all love 'em Ours - 2008 Stornoway Grey HSE Auto

No need to call people names. I was just pointing out that some white BMW drivers seem to have little regard for anyones safety (including their own) down here in the south as well as up north. |
