We have just part-ex'd our Freelander.... I have to say that it was the most reliable car we have ever owned!! over three years of ownership and it never skipped a beat. The only times it saw the inside of the dealer was for servicing and when the sunroof glass smashed. In all the years of ownership it didn't put a foot wrong!





Ok, so the colour took a bit of getting used to at first... (and that photo doesn't actually do it justice!) but it was nice to have one which stood out a bit!

When I've had chance to rummage through the garage I know I'll find some bits and bobs... which I'll put on here before going on ebay.

Shame to see you go. That blue is a really nice colour, and as you said it makes it stand out.

Put of interest, what did you PX it for?

We are staying in the brand and have bought a MY11 RRS. May have to reconsider the 'cherished plate' ... P111 (pill)

Glad to hear that you re styling with LR. I'm going to pop down to the local stealer in the next week to have a nose at the new and old RRS. I'm not serious about changing, just curious.

Its fatal to 'just go and look'! Other half took daughter 'just for a look' and bought the RRS... they weren't serious either!

I can't help myself at times, I go into the dealers for something then start to wander around the showroom, next think I know the bank balance has been decimated and shook the salesman's hand. I'm determined to keep it long enough to allow the L405 Rangie to drop to a more sensible price on the used market. I try, unsuccessfully, to keep them 3 years. Cars are my vice ever since I was a kid, absolutely fascinated with them just so happens I fallen in love with an expensive manufacturer.
