Congratulations on a VERY nice choice - buy the way Stornoway will always look crisper and cleaner than black 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |

Hello guys many thanks for the kind words. I’m sure I’ve done the right thing now, but still can’t help wondering about that colour though……

You should not be worried. The FL2 is completly different from the FL1. Read here from someone well advised that the FL2 is more trouble free than the D3 or RRS RRV. I just have 2k and no problems but there are lot of members that have tens of thoused fault free miles. Tell your work collegues that the "2" in Freelander stands for "twice as good" and not "need two of them" FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER |

I've never been to the dealers since I test drove the the car I ordered it over the phone,it was delivered to my house, and has not put a foot wrong since, Ok thats only two months but its a great start! I think most people have similar stories of reasonable too great reliability. Dont forget the fl1 was a basically rover parts, the fl2 is ford/volvo with a bit of peugeot

Hold on chaps, I don’t want to start what will become known as the great colour war of 2008 we all come in many shapes sizes and colours so lets all be sympathetic to other peoples choices……but I do like the grey……. To escape criticism -- do nothing, say nothing, be nothing. |
