Had my Freelander HSE MY12 (manual box) now for a couple of weeks. Really pleased with the drive other than one issue. When I first start up and pull away, the car is very hesitant and seems to struggle for a couple of seconds then suddenly picks up and pulls away. Only happens with first pull away after starting, all is well after that. Any ideas anyone? |

Car is just over 12 months old, i have had it for 2 weeks, but as you say, it looks like it may be a return to the dealer. |

Quick update and something in my head that I may have read on here before somewhere. I pulled away first thing today and was perfect - no hesitation at all. Racked my brains to see what I may have done differently and came to me that had not touched the brake pedal. Tried it again a bit later, no brake pedal - no hesitation. Just got back from taking SWMBO shopping and deliberately pressed the brake pedal before moving away after being parked and hesitation back!
