2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HST Manual Stornoway Grey
Lost Key Fob

Guys we lost a fob for the Freelander 2 last week in Cornwall

Anyone know how much it is to get a new one and have it programmed?

Thanks

I did it the cheap way traded fl2 with 1 key in for a RRS with 2 keys. I told the dealer he just shrugged and said try and find it if you can and post it to us At work

About £120 for the remote, £60 for programming, plus a new blade.
Be very careful if you don't buy from trusted sources, once they are programmed the cannot be reprogrammed.

ok guys been quoted £205 all in for Fob and programming.

So pretty much spot on to what ad210358 said, thanks for that

Any alternative? Just trying to weigh up options can indipendant LR specialists do it cheaper?

LR want £116 for the Fob I have already found one for £85 brand new and unprogrammed??

Anyone able to programme the fobs other than LR??

A good Indy should be able to do it, they will need both Fobs when they programme them. your new one and your spare Thumbs Up p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

You were lucky, you need to be 110% sure that it is unused, there are so many on there that are not new. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
