dave has made all the valid points, but

The d3 doesn't have a swing out boot they have a split boot one goes up and the lower section goes down to make a platform, which is ideal to sit on etc. and the load space is huge!!!!! Lots of people have them in Oz over on the Disco3 site and will be able to give there opinion.

What year RRS or Vogue would they be? 3 year warranty could always be extended if thats is a option.

Pssssssssssssstttttttttt Whistle - he is in NZ not Oz Thumbs Up
Made the same mistake and some NZ's definatly dont like to be called Aussies Whistle

Rolling with laughter I never said he was from Oz, I said lots of people have the D3 in Oz and they could give him advice. (they not a million miles from each other too Whistle )

Love the look of the RRS, and would say I would take one in an instant, as long as it is the later model diesel with the more powerful engines...or the supercharged version Twisted Evil

I like the D3 but it is extremely thirsty on fuel and the Fl2 is faster and handles better if I am not mistaken.

I said older diesel....what I meant to say is the TDV6 2.7 which was the original introduction diesel, and that is a bit of a dog for a "Sport" model - Tim from Scotland had both the TDV6 and then the TDV8, so can comment better.

So yes that is the engine I meant.

The FL2 auto is almost 1.5 seconds quicker 0-60 than the current RRS TDV6 (only available in auto)....but of course if you aren't interested in it being nippy then that's another thing.

I was looking around this afternoon and I saw a couple of sports, a discovery and one vogue. Those Sports really look nice and so do the Vogues but something just aint right with that discovery. Probably that flat back. Thanks,
Lewis
