let me introduce myself to you all and the site
my name is Duncan forum name pointyed2
I am a member of the d3 area but as from mid September will be driving a new freelander 2
my new baby is a 2013 aug/sept build 2.2 td4e hse freelander
she is Orkney grey with almond leather interior,stop start tech,factory tinted windows and factory fitted spoiler
I am having the 19"alloys painted black along with the side air vent then shoeing her with ggat tyres and a sump guard
I am really excited about getting her and tbh am counting the days down on the calendar
I am trading in my d3 coz basically she is killing my buget,nearly 500 a year road tax and 100 a month extended l/r warranty plus running costs changing to the f2 would be the ideal solution plus I would still be driving the only brand to have and I would be in a car that I really like and always have since its release
anyway that's enough of me wittering on
I hope I will enjoy this forum as much as I enjoy disco3 and hopefully one day will get to meet some of you

Sounds like a nice colour combo, but the black wheels are not for me, but as long as you enjoy it

The privacy glass and spoiler make a massive difference and finishes the car off nicely.

Make sure to add some pictures when you get it!

no this year its held at the fire brigade training centre, all welcome, quality British chicken chicken bbq at 4pm. At work
