England

UK headlights naturally deflect to the nearside, fitting deflectors wont change it to the offside, it just stops the light going to our nearside or into the eyes of drivers on the continent. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Make sure you geta SANEF toll thingy, saves time and hassle at the French tolls.

https://www.saneftolling.co.uk/

I've done two trips this year, 2500 miles to Italy via Germany & Swiss, then 200 miles to the Alps, no problem.

Other than that, sit at 90mph for hours and you'll be fine.

Cheers
Phil

Any reason why you wouldn't use the beam adjustment lever in the headlights rather than buy and fit beam deflectors?

SANEF

Iain

The SANEF toll's great, saves all the phaffing with change and if like me, your wife is in the rear with your child, there's no strretching over or worse geting out the car to pay the ticket.

On the bill, it's the same as it would have been had you been paying it road by road.

The only upfront cost is 20 Euros, plus a 6 Euro annual fee.

Also depending on which month you're in France, eg July & Aug. As the queues are large, it allows you to fly through them

Used it twice this year and once last.

All good, makes sense if you're in France often.

Cheers
Phil
