Can anyone help me I've managed to lock my key in the boot and I'm on holiday in Guernsey, called the AA and they can only get in by forcing the door. They've called LandRover and they have said order a new key, need to catch ferry on Saturday morning so that's out and getting the spare posted out from home, anyone help before I break a quarter light?

Thank chaps, I'll have a look at the methods mentioned, I'd thought of next day delivery but all our things are in the car wife very unhappy and I'm blocking another car in. I can get to the key once the rear quarter light is broke as its sitting on top of the cases, is this the best window to break?

Guys/Moderator I could really do with that information, I would rather try a method that doesn't damage the glass or paint work if there is one.

If I have to brake a window can anyone tell me if the rear quarter light would be easy to replace?

I had exactly the same thing happen to me 9 days ago, I contacted Landrover Assistance and they were able to pop the hatch using the car electrics with absolutely no damage in a few minutes, see my post from last week under
"Landrover Assistance - thank you".
