Not sure how this is going to work.

After experimenting with various software filters a few years back (commercial, free and router) on my daughters laptop, I quickly discovered they they filtered out loads of normal stuff - to the point I was for ever having to type in the override password so my daughter could access routine sites to play games or do her homework. Overall I found them all to be hopelessly strict or alternatively useless. However at least it told you it was blocking and gave the option to override. I assume if blocked at ISP level you either won't know or won't be able to selectively unblock certain sites rendering the whole thing too restrictive to be workable...
