When I rang around a while months ago ( http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic14133.html ) they were the cheapest main dealer in the area. I ended up using RCV as at 5 years old and out of warrenty I was happy to use an indy.
If Harwoods were closer then I may have used them.

When I had my 3 year service carried out at Harwoods Tonbridge last year the "A" service didn`t include the brake fluid replacement. It was charged as a requested extra. Item 10 on the service schedule which is brake fluid replacement has a asterisk next to it. The asterisk says the following:-


Adjust/Lubricate/Replace - Labour cost included in scheduled time except items marked *


I see the RCV website states that the brake fluid replacement is included in the £301 price. Did Harwwods confirm that their price also included the brake fluid replacement.

yes, they did, I will keep an eye on it, and remind them when I drop off the car. 

I used them for my last service in December and good overall. They were the cheapest out of Guy Salmon Maidstone or Beadles Sidcup but offered to match the lowest price if found elsewhere. The refurbished premises have improved parking at the site as well.

That's a good price. Caffyns Lewes were over £400 then price matched Harwoods Hove at £362 for an A service, which ( I found out after) didn't include brake fluid replacement. _________________

Just had car A serviced at Harwoods Edenbridge. Price DID NOT include brake fluid despite requesting an all inclusive price! Make sure you have the quote in writing
