Here is my HSE with Thule Areo bars. Look at my gallery for a couple more showing the feet and T screws to connect the roof box to.

Excellent, many thanks. I've now made up my mind to go for this option over the LR rails and bars.

Has anyone used skidrive.co.uk ? They're doing the full aero bar kit (with locks) for £109. Seems like a bargain!
