Dont worry you will see the back of it again as it drives past when you stop for yet more fuel At work At home "I can't always believe facts I read on the web" - Charles Dickens winner by default of the tractor vs caravan race |

I think not CG, my V8 AVERAGES 28mpg and rarely goes below 26 even when I welly it hard, often in excess of 30mpg and that combined with it's 88ltr tank means that an HST F2 might struggle to keep up without having to stop for fuel first. TDv8's are frequently turning in mpg's around 34-35mpg when driven with restraint, but I haven't managed that in mine yet 472lbft / 640Nm of torque available from 1500 RPM really helps it to stay in high gears too. How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?

Beat me there but its still not black is it (just washed mine ..again!) Why not get a John Deere 6930 - 715 Nm of torque from the 6.8L engine (and you can run it on red diesel ) capable of reaching the dizzy top speed of 30mph (mpg unknown) At work At home "I can't always believe facts I read on the web" - Charles Dickens winner by default of the tractor vs caravan race |

Tractors always have two seats now, one for the farmer and one for his wife/dog/best friend .. yes quite often those three are one and the same At work At home "I can't always believe facts I read on the web" - Charles Dickens winner by default of the tractor vs caravan race |

As NP said, it just seems like a way of getting rid of bodykits Tim, it's obvious the i6 wasn't really trying as you'd certainly not left it for dead............ok you'd have left it I'd assumed you had both walked past one, otherwise what gave it away as being the HST model, just the body kit or as you "left it for dead" did you notice the 'HST' letters and not the exhaust!!! |

About the only thing that will differentiate it from Freelander2's that have had the body kit put on by the dealers will be the badge, and I'm sure that those who have had the body kit fitted will be on the look out for HST badges too!

Did Kahn develop the bodykit for LR, because I remember someone saying that Kahn had to remove pictures from their website at one point because they had put them up before LR had announced the kit. So which is the geniune kit the Kahn or the LR? |

The last time I looked at Kahn's website, which was not long after the F2 was launched, they had a car with what looked just like the LR body kit fitted and a set of oversided Kahn design wheels on it.

No problems with my HSE with most extras fitted Don The sunroof fix is for all that have a sunroof and as all have the same exhaust I guess they all show rust early on - and thats all I can mention on an otherwise perfect car. 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
