Just to bump this to see if anyone had any ideas...New pump. replaced fuse.checked tubing by blowing air through and it come out of both headlight jets... and still no water on headlights... |

Part of the reason headlight washers tend to stop working and pipes come off etc, is because they freeze up in cold weather as cost cutting owners dont put enough screen wash in the mix to prevent it from doing so, also a good mix of screen wash keeps the water from going off so to speak and debris then blocking the nozzles. |

No nozzles blocked, no pipes come off..Very strange,My mate is going to check the power lead to the pump to see if it is getting any power.. |
