Hill Descent Question

Hi all
I have just tried my HDC on an average slope. Apart from making some strange noises the central warning/message panel came up with a picture of the rear axle whilst descending . Can anyone tell me what this means?
Car is 2010

If it showed front and rear axle, it is there to show the position of front wheels (steering)
