I know they are a northern dealership but Stratstone Hull has been replaced by them for a year now and my two worst enemies, the dealer principal and the service manager have recently been replaced so I'm thinking of trying them out again.

Anyone had experiences with Hatfields as a dealership at all

My only experience with Hatfields Hull has been with the sales team. I px'd my FL2 for a RRS recently. Ian Green is the guy I dealt with & I couldn't have been better looked after. Poke it, Poke it, make it do it again!!

, thanks for that, it's both the sales and service so good to know there is an improvement. I received EMails from the sales team plus the Dealer Principal saying its a completely different outfit to 'Stratstone' and hope to get customers confidence back with the new ownership.
