i6 exhaust replacement

Hello, has anyone replaced the exhaust on an i6 please? Ours is sounding increasingly like it needs to be done and I'd be grateful to hear of any recommendations, tips, costs etc. Thanks, DT

Hi there - a bit lonely out here for us petrol engined Freelies. Sorry, I have not got an answer for you but if you find a solution, I should be grateful if you would let me know. I don't need an exhaust yet, but I could do in the near future.
I did see a rear exhaust box and twin tailpipes on e bay - seller says it would fit both petrol and diesel engines.
