The only official recall I'm aware of is for the sunroof.

Look down the sides of the car as well for dings(dents) as i asked my dealer to take care over these ,they said it was 100% perfect and guess what it had a ding in the drivers door.If you get the car home and then find any dents scratches the dealer will not want to know so make sure you go over it very well, and if its raining make them take it in to the work shop.Dont let the dealer try to tell you they are "panel defects" as thats bs. |

I (and someone else here too) had the fl2 delivered with the front tow hook cover in the boot instead of installed under the front bumper. You cant miss it its a big grey thing. And the car looks a bit odd without it fitted At work

You can do this yourself. Just select reverse and then change the mirrors using the buttons as normal. Whatever position you leave it on (in reverse) will be used again when you next go into reverse. If you don't want them to move in reverse, just set them to your normal angles. |

Same here, but I asked what it was used for and after a bit of head scratching and asking around the sales guy found where it should go (lucky me, I had no idea at all). 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |
