09 Plate FL2 and DPF

Could anybody possibly tell me if 09 plate autos were fitted with DPF's? Am I right in thinking that the tax band is the give away? I've finally found a HSE auto but don't want dpf. The road tax is 280/year.

No DPF toeknee unless your is LHD
Were you thinking of DMF? Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

No DPF on yours or mine thank goodness. They can be a pain.
Yes, you've got DSC (dynamic stability control) but no derv particulate filter Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
