I have done the search in here but I am struggling to find the right information, so any help appreciated. I have a 2012 build with the clear rear lights. This means that the bulbs are coloured. However the manual seems to assume that I have coloured lens as it advises I should use a standard P21/5W but these are a clear bulb with a BAY15d fitting.

I am guessing that I need a PR21/5W which comes with a BAW15d, as the standard P21/5W did not have the right pin alignment to even fit in the holder.

Has anyone gone through this pain already? Thanks for the help in advance.

The bulbs are not colored excepting the direction bulb that is "silver or chrome" but you can use any clear one.

The correct ref is PY21W.

My tail/brake light is definitely red. I purchased a P21/5W because the handbook said so, and apart from it being clear it doesn't fit in anycase, the bayonet fitting is not offset, and my bulb receiver is.  Never tell me the odds.
