well that's the van polished all ready for the off to France.

Had a tip from a valeter to use a stiff car sponge damp and use that for polishing, well I have to say very quick and easy & did a good job.

Must remember to fit the sun canopy before we go !

I'm heading off to Spain in the FL2 on the 17th. I'm really looking forward to it as the FL2 is a great motorway cruiser.

yeah hope to collect week I return from holiday, having issues with numberplate changes currently as DVLA have been striking and when we changed the fiesta few weeks ago it took 7 weeks to get all the paper work returned ! & the dealer confirmed its been taking weeks !

I am not travelling so far this year as historically every year since owning the FR2 we have broken down and last time we had three failures in 3 weeks and the Pyrenesse was as far as we got after EGR failure and an immobilizer malfunction followed by Steering lock failures so obviously nervous.

Looking forward to getting a new one and hopefully unreliability issues will be history

Feels like a house when polishing it ! Roofs the worst because it gets slippery when your finishing it !
