Picked up my new hse yesterday, hence the reason why up so early. Can't wait to start going!

My misses has bought me some official or carpeted mats however there are 2 holes on the drivers side but only one hook inside car. My model is the 2008

Has she got the wrong mats?

Have all of the mats got 2 holes? The drivers mat should only have 1 hole.

Did LR change hole position on the new MY13 cars, they did on my dads D4 Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Just checked, drivers mat has 2 holes and vehicle only has one.

What's the likely hood of stratstone taking these back? I guess I'm just stuck with them.

MY13 cars have retaining clips fitted for all mats, one on the drivers, two on the passenger and two each on the rears. Previous models only have a retaining clip on the drivers only. I would say you have the wrong mats.

Are your mats LR mats? They don't sound like it, as LR ones come with holes in.

Mine has got them in the rear.

If anyone requires additional retaining clips for the carpet, please PM me, as Stratstone accidentally left me a bag of them in my glovebox when I collected the car. Part number not marked on the bag or fitting instructions, but there are 6 in the packet, and all you need is a flat bladed screwdriver to tap them into the carpet. Foraging near Gaydon....

Ive just got a new model set of mats for my MY 12 car with the clips missing. I also notice that the drivers mat sits a little further forward than before. Still ok though.
