Rear Window Switch Surround

Anyone know how to remove the surround where the window switch is ? Mines developed an annoying rattle and i want to have a look but it seems very hard to even move.

Well i couldn't get the plastic trim off i thought with more force it would break so i improvised and found an old credit card pushed in the small gap and slide it along to the tightest point seemed to work. Then i bent the card up then down until it snapped in a clean line, you really cant see it and the rattle seems to be gone.
