Rear handbrake cables change?

Hello, does anybody know how to replace rear left and right handbrake cable? Where does the cable go under car, and do i need to remove something inside the car? Does the cable go straight to inside the cars handbrake or is there somekind of

Y thing somewhere where i mount the cables?

Access to the handbrake cables inside is via the rear of the centre console. Lay across the rear passenger seats, in the middle you have the centre console, there is a panel (coin tray) on the back which you pop off and gives you access to the cables at the handbrake end Thumbs Up
