I found the Wintracs excellent on all roads and even in the mud on some light green lanes. They are particularly good in the wet. The amount of water they clear and throw up behind is amazing !
I think I could have run them all year but I want them to last a few winters hence the summer set. When it gets colder I will get a garage to swap them round so Wintracs on evoque wheels and Pirellis on 18" sparkles. The sparkles look much better in sunlight (if we get any more) _________________

The sport LE had them in shadow chrome. But otherwise they are all like mine.

So that's what shadow chrome is

I think i'll stick to the silver, should look better with Stornoway Grey. Found a set on the bay, 1200 notes, but will probably wait until my old set of tyres is nearing 3mm.
