Roof cleaning

Don't know if anyone is interested, got this step today from Screwfix. I've got it for doing little jobs here and there but is ideal for reaching and cleaning the roof on my FL2. Its on sale at 30 quid. It 48cm high, there's another one that's 60 cm high that's a fiver more.

Ive been thinking of getting one for a while as my roof is a little neglected as I cant reach it. Got a little bonus from work so I thought i'd treat the car! Neighbours must have thought I was mad when I got it home and pretended to clean my car roof!! Rolling Eyes Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Hi,

I just stand on the top of the rear wheels! Easier if you poke a toe in a horizontal spoke first and step up with the other foot to stand on top of tyre, holding onto the groove of the roof rail cover for support Reach 80% of roof that way, the 20% at front by standing on the sills! Kola is the big solid black German Shepherd, Dobbie is.......a breed you've never heard of......yet;)

I did my car inside and out today, the step came in very handy for the roof. Also bought a large microfibre towel that dried the car off nicely. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

I did mine inside today, that was enough for me but when it comes to the roof I use my long handled caravan brush.
