Yes, I bought 3 pens for the same price or near enough the same in Costco recently.

It is a clear varnish, so while it will replace the lacquer and fill in the scratch, if the scratch or chip is down to the primer or bare metal it won't make it disappear. However, with scratches that are more surface like then it they will not be so obvious once the pen has been used.

Hope i explained that OK Confused Joanne

If it is anything like the "T Cut" instant scratch touch up , which is a clear lacquer in a pen.
Do not waste your money, it just puts a layer of lacquer over the the top of any scratches it has no effect on replenishing the colour and when you look closely you can see what looks like snail trails all over your scratches.

Best get proper touch up colour matched IMHO.

Oh and the t cut stuff is £6 in asda, a third cheaper than the other but is the same thing!

Popped in to my local car shop Sunday to see if he sold these pens and he said almost the same as defenderben in the comment above..
The bloke in the shop said hes never used the pens before so i found it hard to see how he had an opinion Shocked

As for the touch up color pens i bought one and what ever i did it stood out like a sore thumb even bought another one a shade lighter but still stood out

Anyway if you knew me, you would know i never take someones word for anything till i try it my self, as you know from my Door Courtesy Welcome Logo LED Light post, Laughing that ended up in the bin

Just popped out to homebase to pick up a JML Mantis scratch remover pen

I'm sure your all thinking YEAH that's a different part of the car!!! - its not its the same part where the scratch was...

When i first applied it it was like defenderben states above looks like a snail trail, but i waited 10 seconds just before it dried and wiped it off with a micro clothe did this 5 times and had trouble finding where the scratch was Very Happy BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders

Laughing LR are well known stealers, but I don't mind as long as my car is repaired (again!)

Look at this thread;

But it's been sorted now.
