The phone system - how does that work then?

I've read my handbook and done a search; without success.

The new MY13 phone set up is great but:

I can't work out how to accept an incoming call when you're using the phone - example - you call someone and start to leave a message and you hear the bleep and know that they are trying to call you. How do you accept the incoming call - I'm baffled.

And - my system appears to have "Caller Announce" which I assume means "The Voice" tells you who us calling but I can't seem to get this to work.

Any tips?

Thanks

I have an older system but I would expect it to may be the call button ?

Might be worth posting your phone make and model as I know some times features can varey... some one else may be able to answer fully then.

I must admit I got stuck with that a few times. Trying to hang up the call in progress to accept the other incoming call, I never worked it out.
In fact it always ended up locking my phone up and not re-connecting to the Bluetooth properly, had to do a restart of my phone to get it all working again.

So I too would be interested in a proven answer and not just some untested answer from the book Whistle
