That actually sounds like correct behaviour. When the car's not moving the fuel consumption, in terms of l/100km, is infinite as you'll never do 100km with the car stopped! Fuel consumption is highest in the lower gears, with maximum being achieved cruising in top. So it appears to be right. What do you want to see? edit: Starting from zero and increasing sounds more like a mpg figure than l/100km - could it have been mpg (or km/g, or km/l) you were seeing rather than l/100km? |
