I have a 6500 Classic and it has full compatibility, in my experience Nokia's generally have less problems with the system than some othe brands. The future's bright, the future's........Tambora Flame!!! |

I have a Nokia E90 which is also uses Symbian S60 3rd edition software. It connected fine via bluetooth to the two FL2s I test drove before placing my order for my soon to arrive HSE. It didn't download any of the contacts from my phonebook like the D3's software did, however the buttons on the steering wheel answered incoming calls and the caller's phone number came up on the radio display. |

I tried with the 6500 slide. The car recognizes the phone and happily loads the phonebook. But the Bluetooth connection is not reliable and drops occasionally when calling out. No problems calling in. I'm not sure if this problem happens with other phones, but my old 6021 works perfectly and never drops. The dropping problem could be related to the fact that the Nokia 6500 slide has the newer Bluetooth 2.0 version? Anybody in the know? 2007 Freelander 2 HSE i6

The N95 works to make and recieve calls, but not the phonebook, or any call lists.

Car been at the dealer today for the sunroof and a few other things I asked about the Q029 upgrade and he said "My car didn't need it. Its already had it" But it was never said to have been done in the past, but they was fixing the satnav a month ago, How long has this been out and is there a way i can check if it been done, Will it be on a log a friendly dealer could check?
