United Kingdom 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Santorini Black
new fl2 drive

I drove a brand new fl2 XS manual today, went very well, the stop start thingy functioned, light to change up a gear got somewhat ignored, there not exactly in the line of sight anyway.
I like the keyless start, I always hated the fob slot/start button ideas.
the new sat/nav radio is a big improvement although the touch screen isnt very responsive.
nice leather seats, but the manual seat height control is even slower to operate than the electric one

I have to carefully say however that compared to the RRS it seemed a bit loud and was missing the cushioned ride of the air suspension, cant be that bad though as my lad fell asleep in his car seat after 5 minutes.

As I said I have to be careful about moaning about the springs and 4 cylinder soundtrack as I will probably end up in such a car again in the future.

RRS was in for its mot, without issue, advisory on tyres and rear pads At work

rrs is better but you are comparing two different vehicle tiers the range rover is a premium car whereas the freelander is abit more family throw you stuff in with comfort kind of car lol When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car

That green 'change up' light got right on my wick. I was glad to get my auto back.

The glovebox latch on a Bugatti costs £3000 so you might expect it to function better.
