Has anyone had experiance of Marshalls in Peterborough for servicing and warrenty stuff as they are my nearest dealer

did my servicing for the first 3 years. always thought they were good but expensive. Always try to negotiate the price.Customer service was fine. Now moved to Nene Overlander at Caistor--------Cheaper, but they do not do warranty work, they are not a recognised dealer despite all the signs. good luck

Went over to them last weekend to look at a 62 plate FL2 HSE.

On arrival struggled to get the attention of any of the sales staff. Eventually a young lad finished playing with his iPhone and asked if we needed any help. He didn't bother to introduce himself and didn't bother to ask for any of our details.

Looked at 2 FL2's but I could see that the salesman just wasn't interested, which was a shame as I was prepared to agree a deal there and then. I decided that if he wasn't interested then I wasn't interested in spending my money there..........

Must say my 2 experiences of Marshall's Peterborough were not that great. Last time went to pick up car at agreed time and it wasn't ready. When it was eventually ready I was given the keys with no hand over and sent on my way.
