Freelander 2 just reached 59K - when is it due a Cam/Timing belt change?

Service book says 150k

Just got a flyer through from Lancaster recommending a new cam belt at 105k or 7 yrs... Why would a garage be saying this if the book says 10yrs or 150k? Is it that the reliability is unfounded and are now finding belts break before 150k..
