Looks good on the 2013 grill but I don't think it will on the 2012 that I have

This is the combination i'm going with
Re-sprayed the grill and surround, just need to do the grill once more as the surround color leaked on the grill slightly

This combination came about due the man in the spray shop couldn't be sure if the lid color was the true color of the paint, so i bought 2 silvers to see what one was the best has my original idea was to do the grill all one color - but then decided to do the gill one color and the surround another - and i think its come out a nice combination

Could of got the place where i'm getting it sprayed to do all 3 colors what would mean it would need to go in the over 3 times

3 oven coats - Grill Surround Bumper £410
2 over coats - Grill Bumper£325
1 over coat - Bumper £250

I'm also confused about the HSE Lux, my 2011 HSE has the Lux pack (not Windsor seats) which added 19" wheels, privacy glass and a spoiler. But it is not an HSE Lux like the MY13 models. I don't know much about the specs back in 2008.

Ill have to look in to the LUX situation on the 2008
As for the grill / surround ive given up - gonna get the shop to spray it all - silver grill stornoway surround same as bumper

Gave the grill another coat after spending an hour masking the surround up / went back out to check on it and a Bird had S T right on it  BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders

Chris, the HSE Lux was new for MY13, before that the range stopped at HSE  p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Stornaway grill surround is the way to go! Silver will look cheap. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
