Radio.....no volume control

Help.
been away for the w/end and on the way back put the radio on and now can't control the volume from the unit or the steering wheel,all other functions work,cd/aux etc any ideas?????

You could try a hard reset, disconnect the battery for a bit. Won't harm anything but sometimes fixes things.
