the overlays are roughly 3 to 4mm thick the gel coating is soft when they are new but as they weather they harden and have the feel of a normal badge...

i've had a set of the these overlays on my focus for over a year now and they still look as good as the day i put them on..

Just ordered a set - many thanks.; ive also ordered one for the Steering wheel, once tried i'll add the link so other members can order.
Now I want a set of wing grills that somebody has taken off their FL because I want them for guinea pigs to try re-finishing into Gloss Black - has anybody got any lurking around unwanted???

Thanks for the photos, they look superb.
My car is Santorini Black, has anybody tried black grills on black car? I see there are some black grills on eBay but a present I feel that they are too expensive and I've already got gloss black ready for the grill perimeter.

I have received my black badges now and fitted them. They are not very thick, maybe 2mm. Easy enough t fit.

My steering wheel badge is a proper black/silver RRS badge. Simply removed the old one and fitted the new one. Must be three years since I did the steering wheel. Works really well with the Piano black steering wheel controls. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

I too have bought and fitted the black stickies. I couldn't justify the £90 someone on eBay was asking for. I think these finish the tractor off nicely.
