here goes for me first post :

i am gonna fit a parrot gismo from my last car to my hse cos the aux in is rubbish , can anyone tell me which way to route the cables from the amplifier forward to the dash , i have got the necessary extension cable and connection harness at considerable cost for a bunch of wires , i would also like to the easiest way to remove the radio
also my windscreen wipers dont seem to work on auto , i have intermitant stuff , is that fitted instead ?

The parrot install went well then, it may be useful info for others, maybe a few pics, that will catch peoples attention.

As for your problem with the Auto wipers, check fuse F1 in the passenger footwell fuse box, this fuse controls the auto wipers and some people remove it which will give standard intermittent wipe, or of course it may have blown, check back and let us know what you find

yes tis a miracle , while i had the car in bits i was looking at the fuse boxes and thought to push all the fuses in and behold when i was travelling in the hissing down rain yesterday the wipers were working in auto
it made a huge difference , especially when passing a 40 tonner the other way the wipers dealt with the spray immediately
i can now overtake big stuff in the rain without being momentarily blinded , happy days
