Just delete your photo on photobucket or whatever its on .then it wont show on his listing or edit the photo in some way to him off. Had this happen to me a few years back when i was selling records, came across a member who was using some of my images and my listing page - reported him to eBay and they suspended his account

He would have downloaded the photo to his own computer and uploaded it, anyways report him as the goods advertised is not correct. |

The image is hosted on eBay servers and not externally linked, they have copied it and uploaded it.

Make up a fake eBay account (can be done in 2 Min's with no comeback to you - fake address and name, no need for paypal info) stick in a bid of £2000 and let the bid run - and when its finished email him and say
